The company called me and offered a data entry work from home job. I have to complete the work within 4 days. They mailed me a agreement paper for registration process and took my signature and picture through online. There was mentioned that if I do not complete work within 4 days or I don’t achieve the accuracy level as per their requirement then I have to pay registration amount+NOC charges to the company. I had started my work and also submitted within 4 days successfully. After 3 days one person called me and asked me to check my mail as my QC report is ready. I have checked mail and the report was that I am not eligible for salary because I have not achieved the required accuracy. Then I called him and request him to give me the original QC report so that I can check where I have done wrong. Then they mailed me again to pay 20K for QC report charges. I was not agree and told that person to give me the payment link as I will pay the registration amount and NOC charges as per the agreement. He gave me the link and I paid 5330/- registration amount and 23,180/- NOC charges. After that he called me again and told that I have to collect NOC letter from Gujrat Court within 4 days which was not mentioned in agreement paper anywhere. I was shocked , how it is possible? I live in Kolkata. I request him to mail me the NOC letter as I am a patient. Then he started misbehavior with me and forced me to collect NOC from court otherwise I have to pay Docket Updation charges 37950/- then he will mail me the NOC letter. I was very much scared. He was calling me continously and threatening me if I don’t pay that amount he will complaint FIR against me. I was requesting him that give me some time I am not well, I have not that amount. But he was continously forced me rudely to pay that amount within 10minutes and I paid 10k that time. After that I have blocked his number. after 15 mins from another number he called but did not receive then he whatsapp me that they are forwarding my file in police station for police verification. I have lost almost 40,000/- amount. They are big fraud. Will I return my amount?
