Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this mail to draw your attention towards the exploitation of consumers. I am a working guy and doing my work from home. During my work from home, i attend some virtual call on Microsoft team, zoom and google meet so due to bad internet accessibility I am not able to participate and share information like presentation, documents and facing problem in hearing and speaking too. I am a post paid user and pay my bills on time and wants same expectation from my service provider but the service condition is disaster. I am regular registered a complain about it but they all are giving excuses and the problem still same. Due to the same situation, I have ported in jio from airtel. In airtel, I have registered many complaints since 31st January but unfortunately the situation was same. So I decided to move in Jio and the service is also in same plate.
So I want to request you please consider my humble request and hope it will be better.
