i am having JIo fibre internet 599 plan but i want to downgrade the same to 399 plan. For that i have to return set-top box and request have been generated 4 times by me since 22/02/204 by calling customer care 1800 896 9999.
However, till now no Jio executive/personnel has turned up for taking the set-top box.
Tomorrow i.e. 26/02/2024 new bill will be generated then who will bear the extra charges of 599 plan.
