Text of Complaint by A.Punnam Chander:

We have been customer of airtel  and we have  been using the ILL services since 1 year.we had installed20 Mbps ILL services in May’14th 2019.Recently due to Covid-19 we have a raise the request to Airtel Relationship manager to downgrade our services to 2 Mbps .This request we made on Apr 29 th 2020.and The RM replied back to us saying “okay” . So we are under impression that it will downgrade. After 1 month i have checked the my ILL line still showing 20 mbps .than i called RM and he still said will update .After 2 months another person send an eamil saying your line in Contract period. So my question is why can’t the RM not told us it’s under contract period.

My contract period got over in May14th 2020 and why can’t they down grade my ILL line after contract period. Now they were saying you line in contract period you need to pay for 20 mbps amount .

I have given prior notice to downgrade the line and the team not following up with higher authorities now they came up and say pay for the 20 mbps since the invoice already generated.

i have taken this issue to all lever Escalation matrix but no  response.
