On 04/05/2023, I placed an order for a sofa set (Order ID: [OD428007864845280100] )which was supposed to be delivered on [13/05/2023]. However, upon the delivery, I discovered that the sofa set was torn on one side.
In light of this, I promptly refused to accept the delivery, as I believe it is my right as a customer to receive products in satisfactory condition. I expected a swift resolution to the matter, either by receiving a replacement sofa set or by initiating a refund for the damaged product.
Regrettably, it has been more than four days since the incident, and I am yet to receive any confirmation or communication regarding the resolution of this issue. I find this lack of response and delay in addressing the matter highly disappointing and inconvenient.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. Please provide me with a clear update on the steps being taken to resolve the issue and a timeline for the delivery of a replacement sofa set or the processing of a refund. Additionally, I urge you to ensure better quality control measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and to enhance customer satisfaction.
