I accidentaly recharged my number 8486702573 twice at 4:08 and 4:09 Pm by RS 569. I called my bank and they asked me to contact Vodafone as the payment was made by UPI as its already transferred to the merchant. I contact Vodafone and talked to a SUPERVISOR named Takindra Gitdass ( didn’t shar the employee id ) and he refused to do anything. I asked them if they can not refund the money , just increase the validity on the number to another 84 days. He refused to do anything and told me NO ONE at VODAFONE can do anything.
U recharged twice, u will take this dent. I told him, I donot accept as big company like VODAFONE to do this to their customer. when u can see u got the double payment, just help ur customer. You will not pay double for an item. He keep on repeating the same thing. NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING. Please help
