Airtel Mobile
New Delhi
Dear Sir/Ma’am
This is pertaining to my recharges of my prepaid airtel number in my name.
I made a recharge of Rs.379/- on 25th September 2020 (Order ID :1182468774) which extended my validity till 18th December 2020.
By mistake, I again recharged it with Rs.598/- on 7th October 2020 (Order ID :636831694).
Since this was done by mistake, I request you to refund my 2nd recharge amount of Rs.598/- at the earliest possible or extend the validity thereafter.
I called up airtel customer care on 198 and made the above request, but the customer care officer said the company’s policies donot allow any refund nor any adjustment of different recharges. This is blatant cheating of genuine and faithful customers. Airtel needs to change its policy regarding refund.
