Text of Complaint by Rohit L Pisal:

I took ola cab from Goregaon west to Nalasopara west, before ride fare was showing 964/- in the app.
When cab reached in the destination area 964/- fare was deducted from Ola Postpaid, and My exact destination (party Hall) was 5 mins away, on 27th July there was heavy rain in Mumbai due to that there was heavy traffic, when I reached my destination (party Hall) it took time to unload bags, after that driver told me I didn’t received payment and you have to pay cash 1193/-, he showed me in the app, maybe due to traffic and extra time fare was increased, its understandable, we had argument and time passed, he said I will get 964/ refund from Ola. So I paid him 1193/- by phone pay. I took his mobile no. I also emailed ola 5 times about this matter attached all screen shot but no reply from Ola, but when yesterday I tweeted about it they responded quickly and now ola is answering my emails. but now they are saying there is no driver in their system by this name, my screen shot time is not matching, and cash payment done is not refundable. indirectly they are trying to say I’m lying.
For 964 rupees I’m wasting my time from last 25 days.
