I was not aware that ola credited in may account. Every time I paid money to drive and automatically the money is showing deducted from my Ola wallet which I have not used. I paid the driver via google pay. Infact I have screenshots too.
Now I am getting constant calls from Ola to pay the Ola postpaid bill, which is not a payment that I made.
I have tried raising the concern on the OLA app but received no aid, rather I am being harassed with constant calls from Ola inspite having explained the situation multiple times.
I am attaching screenshots of my payments.
Please raise my complent. Please connect with me to resolve the issue once but not harass with constant calls.
