I took a cab from HUDA citycenter to Devinder Vihar at 6:35pm. The app showed a fare of Rs.91. The auto driver took a long route which was not being tracked on the app. I had raised a security concern for it in my ride safety options.
On reaching the destination he said that the price had surged to Rs.120. I scanned the qr code in the auto and paid him Rs.91, which was the original fare.
Later the app showed a due bill of Rs. 91. The bill was reviewed 5 times but the amount is still due. The customer helpline sent me a mail that the fare was adjusted as per my locations which I could review on the app. I did not find it. The bill is still due. I do not wish to avail their services any further, but I am unable to delete the account due to the bill.
