Dear Sir, I had made a payment of Rs 140/- through PAYTM QR Code scanning mode on 10/11/2020.However, that transaction failed and the money was reversed.Anyway, I initiated another transaction for the same amount bearing RR number 031548624431 which got stuck again and I was asked to wait for 48 hours for the outcome of the transaction.Meanwhile, I made the payment of Rs 140/- via cash hoping that the Paytm transaction would be reversed in 48 hours.But, to my surprise, after the prescribed 48 hours, that transaction had succeeded and the money was delivered to the vendor which amounted to double payment.I brought the matter to the notice of your Paytm Care cell who are repeatedly quoting some other reference number and have concluded that it is a failed transaction.In this regard, please arrange to refund the amount of Rs 140/- which has beem debited from my account and oblige.
