Hello everyone I booked room in ( Arjun Clarks Inn By Erica Hotels ) Phagwara on 14 June 2023.
I booked that room with makemytrip . Make my trip charged me 1522 from my hdfc credit card. When I checked out room receptionist said please pay your out standing he charged me room rent again and said we have not charged you online please pay offline I paid after one month I got my credit card bill then I saw they already charged me after that I visit hotel they agree that your payment is double but till now I didn’t get my extra payment back they said we will refund you in your google pay now they are not attend my call also. Please don’t recommend
