I had purchased of coffee mug on Flipkart on 23 August 2022 i ordered…then 25 aug 2022 i paid online payment which is just 351…then 27 aug 2022 on delivery time the delivery boy taken my parcel his self without my permission….and 11 pm at night he has come to my home and Dilivery product..then he forced me to pay 351 rs cash amount.. then I pay amount..after 17 aug date today…i daily call Flipkart customer support… That when u give my payment back….but Flipkart is not taken any action they only said 1 day wait 48 hours wait then credit your amount into bank account otherwise gift or wallet…but they not refund they only give excuses .. this is Flipkart kya itni ghtiya company itni chutiya cheaters company k ek just excuse Dene k bajay sirf 351 payment jo haq se mera he wo b muje refund ny kr rahe he…ESI hoti he company ese customer ko cheat krte he kya… Hamare jese middle class family me 351 is not small amount it’s a big amount…why not give my payment back…so I complaint against Flipkart…to they take action on my payment back …bloody Flipkart.. i hate this company….i wish this company will face 351 billion crores losses then he understands what is the mean of kisi k paise lena or wapis n Dena ka mtlb kya hota he…plz note my compliant consumer court..and give punishment to.flipcart…
