- My payment for Amazon order -403-6828245-0713134 of Rs. 638 was deducted twice by both cash and credit card on July 2, 2021 and I have been contacting Amazon for the past 20 days and the customer service was very unreasonable in dealing the issue. Even the escalation head spoke like he didn’t care at all. Most of the representatives replied that I’ll get my money in 3 days and it’s been more than 20 days now. Amazon is also forcing me accept the payment in Amazon pay balance. I don’t know how this is legal at all. This is coercion.
