I pay my fees from Paytm through broda e gateway it was a exam fee which required me to pay 506 rs when I paid the amount it showed debited from my account but my form was yet not showing it and after that it required me to again pay the money so I had to pay 1012 rs for 506 rs worth of form so I want my refund
