Grocery ordered and delivered at the time of payment i did Gpay the delivery person said didnt go through u have to pay by cash .I received sms from my bank that money has got debited .I asked him to recheck as money got debited for that he said not received so i paid by cash . I thought it would revert back if payment had not gone through .I lodged complaint intheir app about double payment and kindly refund .then the team from customer service called me to say sorry mam you have paid double both online and by cash..its been 5 days and still not paid
