Hi Team,

Kindly note, I have applied for a Postpaid connection on 20th June’21 through ORN  NO0000HOU6V7 and paid Rs.750.00/- as Security Deposit & Rs.99/- as Prime Membership Fee.
I got my activation for master SIM on 26th June’21 and have been instructed to visit the nearest My JIO Store to get the Add-On SIM for which I need not to pay any extra charges. But, it’s my misfortune, I had to pay Prime Membership Fee again for the ADD-ON SIM through ORN NO0000HRTA6S.
In the above scenario, I want to know the exact policy of your company regarding charging of Prime Membership Fee for ADD-ON SIM because I had to pay Prime Membership Fee twice – First, at the time of applying POSTPAID connection and Second, at the time of collecting ADD-ON SIM from MY JIO Store.
Requesting you to please look into the matter on high priority and do the needful towards refunding the Membership Fee for ADD-ON SIM ASAP.
Please find attached invoices for your reference.
