Text of Complaint by Renuka gupta:

In the month of February 2023 i used zest money app for bnpl but in the month of march the payment date was 5 of march so i payed it by myself but on the 6 march they debit it again and after somedays they promise me to refund my amount within 15 working days but it’s around last of 2023 and I didn’t received my refund please solve my issue you are my last hope i am attaching my bank statement between 4 march 2023 to 6 march 2023
