Reminder 2

Regret to inform you that there is no concrete reply excepting collection people asking for payment without knowing the problem or issue. Had to explain every caller about the issue of double billing of airline ticket correspondence and payment already made for airline tickets.

I understand that there is no individual in your organisation who can understand the problem and the reason for the communication that went on about the problem . If this situation continues, I demand the direct intervention of Head grievances cell . Blind follow-up for payment will not believe any result because a single transaction is not payable for a second time . Reasonable time had already elapsed for mutual reconciliation. I also urge you to stop calling by different people 5 times a day which is pure harassment .

Request for compensation and justice.

We had purchased 2 airline tickets for myself and my mother aged 60 and 79 respectively to travel from Hyderabad to Melbourne via Bangkok on the 5th of January and return on the 11th of March. The ticket was booked on the 1st of November, 2022. For this transaction, I was charged twice by OneCard credit card- Federal Bank which is still being sorted out.

Unfortunately, there were minor spelling errors in the passengers’ names, which were corrected by Thai Airways after 45 days of persuasion and followed up, charging 30 dollars for each passenger.

But the changes had come in the form of a new ticket which was reflected in the app too. Still, on the day of travel, 5th Jan 2023, the Hyderabad Airport Thai Airway passenger list had omitted my mother’s name from the list which included a lot of effort by the airport at the last minute.

After the visit to Australia, we tried web check-in a day before which was refused by the Airways as both of us had opted for a wheelchair facility(Me with diabetes and Parkinson’s disease, and my mother age 79 with severe knees problem and 2 walking sticks). Upon reaching the airport 4 hours before, my mother’s name was omitted from the passenger list totally initially, my name was shown in the passenger list but also to be told later that only my ticket was canceled without any intimation to me in the form of email or SMS. This means even though we had legally valid tickets with booking numbers as references to them being confirmed, the Australian airport passenger list was not reflecting our names, hence we were not allowed to go to passenger check-in or report for a personal check. it was a totally shocking and devastating moment for us. This also cost us to buy new tickets at short notice at a price of 1500 Australian dollars, which needs to be compensated along with 1,10,000 Rupees from Thai Airways and avoidable double trips e cab expense of Au 500$.

The response of Thai Airways was also lackluster shifting the reimbursement responsibility to the Delhi office, which was not at all responded

Sir, I request you to kindly deliver justice in my favor considering the harrowing experience both of us had to undergo and incur a financial loss.

query with ticket ID: 2014968 IS NOT AT ALL RESOLVED,
BUT WEB OF CONFUSION is spread by these 3 attachments. I don’t understand logic c and the conclusion from this. matter of fact is I have been charged twice for the same air ticket. Thai airways confirmed the same .Instead of addressing the problem straight away, shadow boxing is going on. just one of the officer asks not to divulge any docs.

There was no question of any cancellation asked by me, but a change in spelling names of both passengers which resulted in the issue of new tickets with new booking reference numbers. This had resulted in discard of old tickets and issue of fresh tickets
if i had swiped once ,would have tickets instantly on successful payment, which fool would attempt twice for the ame huge amount ?
Consider , if didi swipe twice, why would not i get qwo tickets on 1.11.22 , amount received twice by Thai airways, wherein they clearly mailed only one receipt of rs 205000 ..

2. I had sent an email that my ticket was cancelled without any information to me by mail or by SMS and they claimed to find my mothers name missing totally in the passenger list and my ticket was cancelled with fund return on 22nd February.Tthis amount is nowhere reflecting in the statement so, where is the money gone ? Who will pay for additional ons lakh rupees spank for return ticket from Melbourne to Hyderabad by scoot Airways.

If your role in cancellation is palpable then you would have to bear the damages of cancel ticket 105000 and additional return ticket 75000 and airport cab charges of 500 au $ .iI and my mother aged 9years had suffered lot of avoidable mental agonies, physical harassment and financial loss, irreparable loss for which the complainant deserves to be amply and suitably compensated in terms of money in the interest of justice.Award a compensation of Rs 25000 to the complainant on account of mental agony, physical harassment, and financial loss;
i believe my Card comes with Zero Liability Protection with condition that the errror must be reported within the same billing cycle in order for it to be covered under the zero liability policy.
If mutually agreeable solution does not come IN ANOTHER WEEK I’ll be forced to approach ombudsman for final solution and justice.
