Text of Complaint by Ashwini Krishna Dalela:

  • I am sick of this airtel billing. Even last month and this month when I try making the payment, it says payment declined and then says retry and second tome it is successful!! My account has been debited twice which never gets returned and there is no settlement in future bill also!!
  • I have been charged fradulently like anything and there is no where i can speak with a customer care person and when i try to go through the application? ….it tells me the feature is not available try again later.
  • Means these guys dont even want a customer to log complaints??????
  • I just want my money back!!!!!
