Hope you are well.
This is to inform you that I had requested for doorstep delivery of Jio Sim in Jammu yesterday (October 7th) and one of your representatives “Sunil Rajput” called me and asked me to share the OTP.
At that time, I was not aware that OTP needs to be shared only after doorstep delivery of Sim, and I shared OTP with him and then I received an SMS that your request is canceled due to the reason “Customer is not satisfied with plans” and this representative disconnected the call and never picked up again.
I requested for doorstep delivery of sim again and today (October 8), this same person Sunil Rajput calls me again and asks me to share OTP.
I straightaway refused to give the OTP and your representative told me that “We do not have time to come to your home and give you the sim so will cancel your request” and this time he cancels the request even without the OTP.
How can your representative deny service to your question and deny giving doorstep delivery because they do not have time? This is really disgusting and unacceptable behavior.
I want Jio to escalate the issue and take strict action against him and I have all the call recordings and his contact number for our conversations and I want a doorstep delivery of sim along with an action on this person.
You can reach out to me at my email address and I have also written the same to care@jio.com where I have shared the contact number of this person and my contact number as well. Now, I will only take the sim after you take action against this Sunil Rajput.
