Text of Complaint by Rahul:

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Fire Bolt’s customer service and warranty replacement process. Despite numerous complaints and follow-ups, I have not received my replaced watch, which was supposed to be delivered within 10-15 days.

I purchased a Fire Bolt watch from Mahindra Watch Company, Puspa Market, Lajpat Nagar, on 19th April 2023. However, the watch stopped working shortly after. I visited the store, and they sent the watch to Fire Bolt for replacement. The complaint number is 1214124032700201.

It has been over 9 months since I submitted my watch for replacement, and despite numerous phone calls and complaints, I have not received my new watch. Your customer service team has been unhelpful, stating that the ticket has been closed and that the model is no longer available for replacement.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Fire Bolt’s service and warranty process. If I do not receive my replaced watch immediately, I will be forced to take strict action against Fire Bolt in the Consumer Court.

I request you to take immediate action to deliver my replaced watch
