I am changed my jio postpaid network to prepaid network on November 5th 2021.They will told to me your refund processed within 60 days. I am also received refund provide link but that link move forwarding next step they stuck in first step I put my mobile number and get OTP for verification this is first step but OTP not generated I am called customar care so so many times they transferred call to postpaid care but they didn’t attend my call waiting more than 45 minutes. I can try past 3 days but no one response properly. They are touching my patience I am very frustrating I am one of your consumer I have all rights to go consumer court I have all proofs so consider my complaint jio team this is my request that refund money is must needed to me.
