I have ordered shoes from flipkart on their sale, the size which I ordered was somehow large so I requested size exchange. The exchanged product which came to me was totally different product, which i returned to the delivery person, now flipkart is saying that they provide only one time exchange now it will be refund issued. Which means the seller is delibrately sending different products of different sizes on sale on return, as after the sale the prices of same product goes up, and they are saving money on this. This incident has happened with me twice. So Dont buy products from flipkart when its a sale going on.
