Text of Complaint by Meera Khandhar:

Dear sir / madam,
I’ve done my father’s recharge pack of 99₹ at 28th Jan, 2022 in the midnight. My father didn’t know that as I didn’t tell him bcoz that was midnight he was sleeping so I didn’t tell and in the morning of 28th Jan, 2022 he had done the same recharge with his phone and he told me that he has done the recharge. So I want refund of one recharge. I hope that you can help me with it. Thanks!
