I ordered Domino’s Pizza (New Friends Colony-01145658830) and Garlic bread with cheesy dip on 30-May-23 @ 21:26 pm. Zomato application showed 40 mins delivery time. I called up Dominos on food preparation instructions at 21:26 and spoke with them for 1m23secs. When only 36mins were left, there was no one assigned at that time, which was okay and I waited. I called up Domino’s again and they said they will call me back with delivery person’s details, but no one called up. I then called up again @ 22:05 and asked for delivery partner details as Zomato did not show it. By Domino’s I was given a number of Dhani Ram- 7014651074 and when I called him he said he doesnt have this order. Domino’s stopped picking up my phone and Dhani Ram also. I tried to locate my order till 22:24 but Domino’s kept on disconnecting my call and at times kept it on hold. Zomato also did not respond. It was a complete nightmare of 1 and a half hours for me and my kids. The Rs 986 were deducted from my account and they did not give me the customer service and kept on playing around. after 22:15 approx, they did not answer my call. I would like to take it as a serious complain as both these organizations ruined the birthday that we had.
