I have ordered from dominos for my train journey. Upon reaching the destination the store employee called and informed that order can’t be delivered due to lack of delivery guys. Upon confronting that I got a message 1 and half hour before the actual delivery time that order will be picked in 20 mins, the store have diverted the topic and said order is picked up but delivery executive is having problem. How can they change words in fraction of seconds. Upon that they were rude telling we can’t deliver anymore. Neither the refund is initiated till now.
