I have ordered pizza from Domino’s application on 09.08.2023 at 9.19 PM, Domino’s given me 30 mins delivery guarantee, but pizza delivered at 10.04 PM, which is 15 mins late delivered. The delivery boy assured me that I’ll get refund, but when I raise complaint in Domino’s application it showing pizza delivered in 25 mins & they can’t refund the amount. Actually pizza was delivered in 45 mins, but Domino’s showing it is delivered in 25 mins , that means the delivery boy marks pizza delivered 20 mins early.
I want to file complaint against Domino’s for giving fake commitment to customer.
