Hey, I ordered food from dominos via zomato in kota, rajasthan. Dominos called me to inform that they do not have one item available, so i told them its okay and send the remaining items. They did not send anything to me and marked the order deluvered on zomato. When i riased a conceren with zomato, they informed me that they cannot do anything in case of orders from dominos. After hours of requesting and frustation, dominos gave me a call back to inform that for the one item that was not available, they have initiated a refund in domino wallet.
I do not want my money in any wallet. I should get it back since i have not received any goods for which i paid.
in this whole mess, both teams failed to provide any resolution and my money is stuck with them.
they have not disclosed their policies anywhere on the app and were not able to send anything in written
I want a full refund.
