Text of Complaint by Prince Kapoor:

I booked a Flight ticket for myself(Prince Kapoor) on Dated. 09.05.2021 with has following details in company official website. In time of Booking i paid a money in company official website for my Flight ticket booking and amount has been paid to company and same amount is debited from my credit card. I also got an Email confirmation of my payment. But after that, i did not received my ticket so i approach company email address and they email me that “Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration” and in same e-mail they also mention that we initiated your refund and we will REFUND your AMOUNT of 4315 Rs within 15working days. As i understand they are giving me maximum time line and i will get my money as earliest. But after 10 days i again called up their customer support and e-mail them also but they saying only your refund is already in under process and wait till 15th working days. You will get refund by 15th or on 15th working day definitely. but after calling the so many time i doubting their intentions as they really interested to return my refund amount as their customer support not giving me proper or authentic response.
