I am filing a complaint against Bharat Rummy for withholding my withdrawal amount of ₹5,000. I submitted the withdrawal request on 16/06/2026 (Transaction ID: 3253227756839755776, UID: 1575132), but as of 23/06/2026, the amount has still not been credited to my account. The company requested additional verification, including bank statements for 3 days before and after the transaction, which I provided, yet no payment has been made. This conduct appears unfair and potentially fraudulent. I request an investigation into the matter and immediate release of my withheld funds along with appropriate action against the company.
