Text of Complaint by Aftab Hussain:

My Name is Aftab Hussain and i am using this no 9830106059 since 10 to 11 years in postpaid in Vodafoneidea, i am happy with the service but from since last 2 months i am not satisfied with the service because in my last 2 bill i have charged a huge amount for VAS which i have not done, i was called somany time in your customer care but no one was helped me, then i have mailed to your customer care id from there someone Mr. Dinesh Sharma was called me and taking a complaint against billing and said that it will resolve within 48hrs, then i have received a call from complaint department where some lady was called me she said she was unable to help me.. she was only do Rs.259 or 269 amount will reverse and rest of the amount she said i need to pay. I am clearly said her that i am not agree to pay and request her to reverse atleast Rs.1000 and rest of the amount i will pay, but she not agree and she will forward the complaint and then i have received a SMS from Vodafone that Rs.2676.99 reversal was processed and it will reflect in forth coming bill, but till now amount was not reverse and again i have mailed to customer care for the same and again Mr. Dinesh was called me and said he will look into it and forward the same to concern team, but till now i have not revert from your team and also amount was not reversed.
