Text of Complaint by Debjit mondal:

I bought a boat nirvana 751anc from flipcart. At first , i received defective product but i replace it and delivered 17 march again.but again i get a damaged product and from 18 march to 8 april i continuously contacted customer care everyday.but i realized that they are unable to understand my problem ,give date by date .today is 8 april but no refund or related call from concerned team i received. I was did’t expect from flipcart care.. they also blocked order through being a 2-3 year plus member.and my account got hacked from january and a i cannot connect coustomer care.the hacker do something bad so account blocked so i want refund and get back my account
