I hve booked a train on 25th oct for the journey of 29th oct 2020.due to some covid-19 symptoms they does not allow us to enter in station or train.
Before 30 minutes prior,I want to file TDR but i can’t get the option of Filing TDR so i call customer care no and they ask me to mail about this all.So,i mailed them.After some time i get reply and they tell me that i am not able to get refund.
Sir,please help me on this matter.This is an huge amount for me.
I upload ticket that shows chart not prepared before 20 to 25 minutes of scheduled departure.Help me as soon as possible.
