I just change my seat number thery are showing reschedule of the ticket but the bus number day date and even the time is same. Due to some emergency issue i am not able to travel on 31dec now just only want to reschedule my ticket on 2 January. But i didn’t get any solution from redbus support team and the cost of the ticket is 4216 rs something and that is not a small amout. I hope you can understand this.
