Text of Complaint by Prakash Verma:

I have taken a loan from DMI and despite of paying EMI they charged me a late payment fee of Rs 450 which I also paid. For the last 7 days they have locked my mobile phone despite of my EMI payment to DMI with late payment charges. Their customer care is worst in India. They keep one hold for an hour and suddenly disconnect the phone. I faced this around 10 times. Their Email support team doesn’t reply even after 7 days. I sent numerous mail to unlock my phone but they don’t reply back. The DMI company is harassing the consumer. I am planning to approach RBI and Finance Ministry to tell them about the oppressive policy of DMI towards their customers.
