In the month of April Just by one day late I hv paid my phone EMI amount. It suppose to be 5th of every month but Paid on 6th… after that they are showing me that I hv pending amount of 590 rs. I don’t know why they are charging extra 590 rs . If I am not paying this then my phone will be locked. I hv sent emails to know the reason but they not responding and without my concent they hv closed my complaint too. Their customer care number is as pathetic as this company too. Pls get This resolve.
