Text of Complaint by Ananda Mitra:

I have taken a loan from DMI Finance( Customer ID DMI00224896923)
on 12 August 2022. I was paid 2 EMI’s. after payment my phone is locked 2 time’s ( 8th and 19th) on of October. I tried to connect DMI customer care support for unlock my phone. But They are not responded.
Their customer care is worst in World. They keep one hold for an hour and suddenly disconnect the phone. I faced this around 80 times in a day. Their Email support team doesn’t reply. I sent numerous mail to unlock my phone but they don’t reply back. The DMI company is harassing the consumer. Now I am planning to approach RBI and Finance Ministry to tell them about the oppressive policy of DMI towards their customers.
