We ordered few products from DMart last week of which delivery date was on 23 September 2020. Our order number was 20877374. We haven’t received one product and therefore filed a complaint at DMart’s customer care number. The customer care executive told us that within 48 hours we will receive call back and the complaint would be resolved. After 48 hours we registered one more complaint (Complaint Number: 595602) which also gone unresolved. However, today its 4 days and we still haven’t received any call from DMart’s customer care. Even today on 27 September 2020 we called the customer care representative Dhanashree and she told that within 24 hours we will get a call back with no commitment. This shows DMart has a very poor customer care service and to resolve even small issues the customer needs to call mutiple time. They take delivery charges of Rs 49 but fails in delivering all the products in the list. This is day-light fraud of DMart and we have decided to go for Amazon which is much better in terms of delivery (sends products with careful packaging unlike DMart) and customer service.
