Text of Complaint by Bhaswanth:

On January 29, 2023, I have visited Dmart Gachibowli branch and made UPI payment which was successfully paid. I have the proof of successful payment. But as Dmart’s server is slow, bill is not generated. Their store manager asked me to pay again the same amount to send goods out, and he also said the previously paid amount will be reversed by them once they receive from bank. I was left with no option to pay again to test my luck on getting the amount back. Later, even after multiple follow-ups, I received no proper response from Dmart. They said on Feb 01, 2023 that I will get the amount in 5 working days. When I have asked for a screenshot to justify on what basis they can make this promise, they failed to send any. This conversation happened in WhatsApp by one of their executives in which the person mentioned that they received the amount on January 30, 2023. Later those messages were deleted. When I have called the store over phone, repeatedly disconnected the call intentionally without listening to me.
