Dear Team,
I paid agaist this order 20648935 from gpay. The payment was successful but failed at dmart. my order was cancelled.
My bank icici informed successful payment.
Here is the payment details:
Debited with INR2872.67 on 11-Sep-20 and indiaideas@icici credited.Info:UPI-025510380486.
Everyday I am following them up on their customer care no and infact sent emails as well but so far no response. Call center guys keep saying only one thing that they are escalating and I will get a response in 24 hrs. 24 hrs? Don’t know when this 24 hr going to end?
Please help me in resolving this and getting refund asap?
