Post vaccination I had been to the store a month ago on 17th July. I purchased few items and I had scanned the paytm code they showed and made successful payment and they made me wait for 1.5 hours and made me pay the amount again stating the amount I paid didn’t reach them.
I gave them all bank and paytm proofs stating the transaction is successful. But they started bringing more people and started telling stories that such things happen usually and I cannot leave until I pay them again. Since I wasn’t feeling well too because of the vaccination, I finally agreed to pay them and inturn asked for a proof of money reversal. They just gave me a copy of mail in which it was mentioned they didn’t receive my amount. I didn’t have anymore energy to argue, hence I left – hoping they would return my money back once the bank opens on Monday.
It was all cheating, its been more than a month and lot of follows up with them, I haven’t got my money back and I have wasted my time following up. Just because Im a woman, its not fair for DMART/ its employees to cheat me.
Thats okay if I don’t get the money, but they must stop cheating people this way.
