On 29th April 2022, I ordered DJI Ronin SC Gimbal of value 21,065 rupees, and it is delivered to me on 6th May 2022. But the status of the order is updated as returned to seller. The gimbal is defective (Bluetooth), so i want to return it back to the seller but, they are not accepting it due the status is not delivered. I am contacting amazon from May 7th 2022 regarding the issue, I have submitted all the documents like shipping invoice, Product images, Payment screenshot. I am not satisfied with the amazon services and they are not responding properly. There is no progress in the complaint for the past two months.
