- Since 2 and 1/2 years I raised the issues to Vodafone customer care. Which not been resolved till date.
- Fake and false promises made by the company side to get only payment from the customers timely.
- After so many warnings problems are not resolved. Since 8 months I am unable to use services due to poor connectivity. All the time call drops happened and don’t ask about their network for Internet and browsing because its horrible and bogus .
- Due to this I hold their payments since 2 months. And I ask the company to resolve my issues then I release the amount and that to be in one condition that to deduction of all fine and charges.
- And warned them not to generate the bill for the September month because my services are restricted by the company since 05/09/2020. So there is no question to pay the bill. But still the company sent me the bill for the Month of September.
- I need proper action to be taken towards the company .
- This type of companies are not supposed to be allowed for the service industry, where they don’t know the meaning of service and satisfaction.
