On 17nov2021, I added 3 gift vouchers for which I got 6000 INR instantly but for the 4th voucher, it showed that you have reached the limit, so I tried the same voucher on the next day but it showed that it was already added. I tried to contact them multiple times through chat and call but they do not have any option regarding gift vouchers in IVR options and they are cutting my call. Also when I check the history for the proof it is showing three voucher codes that are different from mine.
