I am a customer of Vodafone for 7 years already. I frequently travel for work and mostly use the international roaming service from Vodafone. On this trip the roaming was terrible. At times I couldn’t make any calls, never did I get 4G properly, lot of times it was in EDGE. Just one instance when I was driving using my maps and all of a sudden the network drops and I am stuck on an expressway stranded. There were many situations like this. So I refuse to pay for services that were not effective.
