I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding two transactions that I made, which were successfully processed from my end but have not been credited to my casino wallet. The transaction details are as follows:
1. Amount: INR 10,000
Date & Time: 28th January, 8:44 PM
2. Amount: INR 10,000
Date & Time: 31st January, 10:01 PM
Both transactions were successfully deducted from my bank account/payment method, but the recipient has not acknowledged them. I have attempted to contact their support team multiple times, but they are unresponsive, which raises serious concerns about potential fraud.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating these transactions and taking necessary action to either recover my funds or escalate this matter. Please let me know the next steps and any documents or proofs needed from my end.
