I using the plan 399/month, however there is a downloading charges including in my bill 603, which include savvn and true caller which I am agreeing that which I am useging however other charges don’t know why deducted & include in my bill, talked to service complaint helpdesk they don’t agreed to reverse the amount as they stated that I downloaded from play store, my request is that If I didn’t download anything why it was included my bill. Kindly investigate & reverse the extra charges from my bill & confirm once done.
