Text of Complaint by Vishnu Sivaram:

I’ve purchased Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV from flipkart on 12-11-2020 for which 1 year domestic warranty and 2 years on panel is there.(Inv no:#FAC3R92100316241). Since there was an issue in display I’ve raised complaint to realme on the same on 28-08-2021. Technician came and checked the device and told there is complaint in display and he has communicated this issue to realme. Till now issue is not resolved. Since it is a smart tv only I have taken internet subscription for which monthly subscription charges are paid. Besides other subscription charges are also loss for me such as Netflix, Amazon prime, Hotstar…. No response was there from company’s side to clear my issue. I have waited for more than two months. Company needs to get the issue resolved and compensate me the losses I suffered. If not possible to resolve the issue please replace the product by fresh one. Court please interfere in this issue because all of them will be fed up after calling three four times and this is clearly exploited by the sellers.
