I HAVE BOOKED WIZPAD TAB 10.1 INCH ON DATED 10 SEPT 2020 ORDER ID WAS 1068750646 BY PAYING Rs.3999.20 THROUGH CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION ID WAS 11050915381. BUT IA HAVE RECEIVED A OLD AND USED MOBILE NAMED PRATA. AFTER THAT CONTACTED MANY TIMES WITH WEBSITE GIVEN CONTACT DETAIL BUT NO ANY RESPONSE CAME FROM CUSTOMER CARE AND WHEN I PUT IT TO CHARGE IT IS GROUNDING AND I AM GETTING ELECTRIC SHOCK
I WANT MY AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.
